Spencer is currently offering a beer toddy—and it’s not as crazy as it sounds. Before hot toddies were associated with whiskey or brandy, beer was a common base, dating back to the 17th–18th centuries. Warm beer was believed to be medicinal, and adding honey and spices made it even more “curative.”
Whether you’re sipping for the “medicinal” benefits or just the flavor, one thing’s for sure… it’s pretty good. Come give it a try!

Serving as Sous Chef in Hopkinton AND Head Chef in Sturbridge, Peter is bringing fresh energy, creativity, and leadership to the kitchen. New ideas, new momentum, and an exciting menu ahead.
