Our focaccia starts with fresh ingredients, made completely from scratch, with fresh rosemary, oven-roasted garlic, and plenty of time to let the dough do its thing. Chef Colin goes through this process once or twice a week to keep us stocked with fresh focaccia for all those crispy, chewy paninis. 🥖
