June 17th marked one year of Rapscallion Brick Oven Pizza & Brewery in Lawrence! In that first year, we’ve served up plenty of craft beer and brick oven pizza, added craft cocktails to the menu, and opened the doors to @rapscallionmusichall.

What a year it’s been. Thank you to the incredible Lawrence community for making us feel so welcome. We’re excited for everything still to come—and look forward to celebrating many more years with you. ❤️

Happy Father’s Day to the dads who fill our seats, pour their support into their families, and in a few cases, loved our beer enough to make their kids employees.

When we say scratch kitchen, we mean it! Chef Peter & Chef Colin prepped all of this (and more!) fresh for a private event tonight at our Sturbridge Pub. Nothing frozen, no shortcuts—just real food and a lot of work behind the scenes.

Who says you need liquor to make a great cocktail?

When great beer is your base, the hard part is already done. While we don’t have spirits in Spencer, we still have plenty of fun playing off the incredible flavors behind our Rapscallion drafts. Current favorites: the Blackberry Bramble, Mint To Be Blue, Blueberry Basil Sangria, and our rotating red and white wine slushies.
Something fun for everyone. 🍻
