SPENCER: Live Music with Harmonie Transverse Flute Orchestra

On Halloween weekend 2023, we have a very special event in the brewery!

On October 28th at 3pm, Harmonie Transverse will be presenting a Halloween themed performance. We will be playing music celebrating old spooky TV shows. Please come, wear a costume, and bring your children! Our flute choir’s instrumentation consists of piccolo, C flute, alto flute,  bass flute and contrabass flute which covers all but the last octave at the bottom of a piano. Trick or Treat. We’re the treat!

Music will be a mixture of Celtic style and fun to listen to music for ALL AGES. Harmonie Transverse takes its name from Harmonie, meaning wind band, and Transverse for side blown flute. They are currently in their 22nd season and they rehearse at Wachusett Regional High School, where they are part of T.E.M.P.O. (To Encourage Music Performance Opportunities), where orchestra member Jay Kast-Tuttle is an instructor in their AIR (Artist In Residence) program.
