Rapscallion was founded as a brewery first and foremost, and our beer is the cornerstone of our business. Unlike craft breweries that use automated processes, our beer is still lovingly hand-brewed by Head Brewer Jonas Noble, who carefully brews and tests each and every batch. The final product speaks for itself. Come visit us and taste the difference for yourself.

ABV 9% Quad
Quad or “Quadruple” is a dark and bold Belgian style ale. Made with all Belgian malts, it is rich and malty with deep amber coloring. Enjoy notes of dark sugar, raisin, date, cherry and plum. Lighter in body with noticeable but subtle alcohol warmth, it’s a complex beer to enjoy.

Light-bodied, dry, and peppery with fruity esters. Made with Belgian malts, American hops, and a farmhouse-style yeast.
ABV 8% Horizon IPA
A single hop IPA brewed with 100% Horizon hops.
ABV 10% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
Rapscallion Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout has notes from the barrel that include vanilla, oak, and whisky. The base stout is full of dark roasted notes with caramel, coffee, chocolate, and dark fruits. Aged in wood Widow Jane Bourbon Barrel for 12 months.
ABV 5.6% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Red
Rapscallion Bourbon Barrel-Aged Red is smoother and mellower than our standard Red. It takes on the notes from the barrel like vanilla, oak, and whisky. Aged for 6 months in wood Widow Jane Bourbon Barrel.
