Chef Courtney has prepared a very special New Year’s Eve menu:
Amuse: House made crisps with cranberry chutney goat cheese
Choice of Appetizer:
Winter salad with spring mix, toasted hazelnuts, shaved rainbow carrot, goat cheese, and half of a poached pear with poached pear dressing
Pureed potato and leek soup topped with crispy leeks and potato sticks
Cocktail shrimp with smoky cocktail sauce, lemon wedge
Choice of Entrée:
Short rib with creamy mushroom gnocchi, cherry peppers jus
Roasted chicken with seared polenta cakes, rainbow honey carrots, pan gravy
Veggie pasta with plant based noodle, roasted rutabaga, parsnips, and carrots with brown sugar butter sauce (GF, vegetarian)
Pan seared skin on Hake with lemon couscous, roasted vegetables with lemon chive, buerre blanc
Choice of Dessert:
Bread pudding
Toasted coconut panna cotta with roasted pineapple
