Rapscallion Oktoberfest at the Spencer Fairgrounds is back and better than ever on Saturday, October 4th! We’re bringing it back to the good old days with a fun-filled day of live music, craft beer, food trucks, and family-friendly festivities — in both indoor and outdoor settings.

We’re proud to be partnering with the Raps HOPS Foundation, with a portion of proceeds from this event supporting their mission to give back to our local community.
