Event Details

Poses and Pours is our Sunday Morning yoga class at our Brewery in Spencer. Class starts at 11:30am and runs one hour in the brewery, followed by a post-yoga drink (beer, wine, cider, or NA beverage including our homemade root beer!).

This “easy flow” yoga class includes lighter-paced poses appropriate for all levels of yogi, from beginner to experienced. Class participants will be guided through intention setting, vinyasa poses, and transitions with a sense of ease and coordination of breath. The class will conclude with relaxation (savasana). The 60 minute yoga session will help lower stress levels, improve physical health, and provide a lasting sense of peace and well being to start the day. Block props will be provided — just bring a mat!
