STURBRIDGE: 5-Course Beer Dinner

We are excited to be hosting our very first beer dinner at our Sturbridge Pub in our cellar lounge! This very special event is limited to 30 people, so be sure to sign up soon. Cost is $100/pp and includes all taxes and gratuity. On the night of the event, all you need to do is show up and enjoy!

First Course

Apple Harvest Salad (Pairing: Belgian Blonde Ale)

Second Course

Butternut Bisque (Pairing: NEIPA)
With Gochugaru candied bacon, furikake

Third Course

Bratwurst and Spaetzle (Pairing: MO-Fest) 
With homemade sauerkraut, scallion crème fraiche

Fourth Course

Short Rib Ragout (Pairing: Irish Red)
With pappardelle, demi-cream, local microgreens, fresh cracked pepper

Fifth Course

Homemade Blonde Brownie (Pairing: Honey Ale)
With pumpkin ice cream, chantilly cream
