Woodstock (and music of the moment)

THURSDAY, JULY 31

7:30–9:30PM

The Woodstock Festival is widely viewed as the most famous rock festival ever held. Although the show had been planned for a maximum of 200,000 attendees, over 500,000 eventually attended. The performers were some of the best of their time (and ever!) including Jimi Hendrix, Sly and the Family Stone, Country Joe and the Fish, Jefferson Airplane, and Creedence Clearwater Revival. Relive many of those musical moments of August 1969 plus a lot more from that time by Traffic, Carole King, Steely Dan, James Taylor, Neil Young, Al Green, The Beatles . . . and more. Performed by Lola Sweet: Lori Zuroff (vocals, percussion), Jim Medvedeff (keyboards, vocals, percussion), Al Garay (bass, vocals), Charlie Berman (guitars), and Jon Golden (drums, vocals).
